Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute online marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for Explicit Cibil. This contract role involves planning and managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, optimizing performance through web analytics, and coordinating lead generation activities across channels.

The position is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing campaign metrics,



collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously testing and improving marketing efforts to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to build brand presence and engage target audiences.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Ability to use Web Analytics platforms to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Relevant experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer internet products is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, with the ability to collaborate both onsite and remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
