We are a growing group of businesses based in Canada looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to manage and promote multiple brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Manage social media accounts across all businesses, including:

l Facebook l Instagram l LinkedIn l TikTok l YouTube l X (Twitter)

l Google Business Profile Responsibilities include:

l Creating monthly content calendars.

l Scheduling and publishing posts.

l Writing engaging captions.

l Using relevant hashtags.

l Monitoring engagement.

l Responding to comments when required.

l Growing followers organically.

- Graphic Design

Create professional marketing materials including:

l Social media posts l Flyers l Posters l Promotional banners l Infographics l Event advertisements l Carousel l Stories l Reels thumbnails l Email graphics

Must be able to maintain consistent branding across all businesses.

- Video Creation

Create engaging videos including

l Instagram Reels l Facebook Reels l YouTube Shorts l Promotional Videos l Explainer Videos l Client Testimonial Videos l Motion Graphics l Product Videos l Educational Videos

Must be capable of editing videos professionally with captions, transitions, music, animations, and branding.

- Content Writing

Develop high-quality content including:





l Social media captions l Blogs l Website content l Landing pages l Newsletters l Email campaigns l SMS campaigns l Promotional offers l Video scripts

Content should be SEO-friendly and optimized for engagement.

- Meta Advertising

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns including:

l Facebook Ads l Instagram Ads l Lead Generation Campaigns l Conversion Campaigns l Traffic Campaigns l Remarketing Campaigns

Responsibilities include

l Audience research l Budget management l Pixel setup l A/B testing l Campaign optimization l Performance reporting

- Google Advertising

Manage Google Ads campaigns including:

l Search Ads l Display Ads l YouTube Ads l Performance Max Campaigns l Local Service Promotions

Optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

- Email Marketing

Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar tools.

Responsibilities include

l Email campaign creation l Automation l Newsletter design l Customer segmentation l Performance tracking l Lead nurturing

- SMS Marketing

Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns including:

l Promotional campaigns l Appointment reminders l Event announcements l Holiday offers l Follow-up campaigns

Maintain compliance with applicable anti-spam regulations.

- SEO

Perform Search Engine Optimization activities including:

l Keyword research l On-page SEO l Basic technical SEO l Local SEO l Google Business Profile optimization l Content optimization

- Lead Generation

This is one of the most key responsibilities. Generate quality leads for all businesses through:





l Organic marketing l Paid advertising l Landing pages l Lead magnets l Social media campaigns l Email marketing l Google campaigns l Online communities l Referral campaigns The candidate must:

l Qualify incoming inquiries.

l Maintain a lead database.

l Forward qualified leads promptly to the sales team.

l Track lead sources and conversion performance.

- Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing:

l Leads generated l Cost per lead l Website traffic l Ad performance l Conversion rates l Social media growth l Engagement metrics l Recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

Candidates should have experience with most of the following:

l Canva l Adobe Photoshop l Meta Business Suite l Meta Ads Manager l Google Ads l Google Analytics l Google Tag Manager l Google Search Console l Mailchimp/Brevo l Excel l ChatGPT l AI content generation tools l AI image generation tools l AI video generation tools

Qualifications l 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

l Excellent written and spoken English.

l Strong graphic design skills.

l Strong video editing skills.

l Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours l Full-time remote position.

l Flexible schedule with availability to coordinate with Canadian business hours when required.
