Role Overview The Digital Marketing Lead will drive performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and more). This role is hands-on and strategic — managing client accounts, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and leading a small team to deliver results. Unlike SEO-heavy roles, this position focuses primarily on paid advertising and performance-driven marketing .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions tailored to client goals.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.




- Collaborate with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with client objectives.
- Oversee budgets, allocate spends effectively, and maximize ROI.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team growth.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and innovations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of digital marketing experience, with robust focus on paid campaigns.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Agency background with experience managing multiple clients.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
