Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Salem. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, and other online channels, helping to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include assisting with content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing basic reports using web and social media analytics tools.

The role also involves conducting market and competitor research,



contributing ideas to improve customer journey and campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with the marketing team on Martech and AI-driven initiatives. The intern will work closely with mentors to develop practical skills in digital strategy, analytics, and communication while supporting ongoing client projects.

Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.

Ability to support Social Media Marketing activities, including content posting and engagement tracking.

Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and comfort working with performance data.

Clear written and verbal Communication skills for collaborating with team members and preparing simple reports.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow structured processes.

Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools is a plus.
