Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Intern to support RUU AI's marketing, advertising, employer branding, and growth initiatives.

This internship provides hands-on experience working on live marketing campaigns, real advertising accounts, company budgets, and measurable business objectives. You will contribute to promoting RUU AI's products, services, company updates, and employer brand while gaining practical exposure to paid advertising, content marketing, recruitment marketing, lead generation, analytics, and international marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Campaign Management

- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
- Create and test ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support A/B testing and prepare campaign performance reports.

Social Media Marketing
- Manage RUU AI's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other platforms.




- Create content calendars and publish engaging social media content.
- Draft captions, campaign announcements, product updates, customer stories, and educational content.
- Research industry trends, monitor audience engagement, and support community growth.

Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing
- Publish job and internship opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals.
- Promote openings through organic and paid campaigns.
- Create recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding content.
- Coordinate with the HR team to attract relevant candidates.
- Track job posting performance and identify suitable platforms and communities.

Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Write marketing content for social media, advertisements, emails, blogs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Create customer-focused content and product messaging.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors on graphics, reels, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging.

Lead Generation
- Support lead generation campaigns and prospect research.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns.
- Build prospect lists and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.

SEO, Website & Analytics
- Support basic SEO activities including keyword research and content optimization.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
- Gain exposure to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and advertising dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

International Marketing
- Support campaigns targeting businesses in the United States and other international markets.
- Research customer behaviour, competitors, and industry trends.




- Adapt marketing content for global audiences and collaborate with international teams.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Interest in paid advertising, content creation, analytics, lead generation, and brand building.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, or similar productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, or analytics is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
