Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing activities to increase brand visibility and engagement for HappyCoders. This full-time hybrid role is based in Tirunelveli, with some flexibility for work-from-home depending on project needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media campaign management, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and helping optimize digital channels.



The intern will conduct basic market and competitor research, support email and web-based marketing initiatives, and work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves preparing simple reports on campaign performance and contributing ideas to improve digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and hands-on familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and manage time across multiple tasks.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Tirunelveli, with readiness for occasional on-site collaboration.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic content creation tools, and an interest in the tech or web development industry is a plus.
