Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and social media metrics, and preparing basic performance reports.

The intern will assist in managing brand presence, engaging with online audiences,



and coordinating with the technical and sales teams to align marketing activities with ongoing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kothamangalam, requiring consistent collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an understanding of common tools and platforms.
- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing activities, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret key metrics and support data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and contribute to marketing content.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital tools, basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced technology setting.
- Interest in AI, software, and technology solutions is beneficial.
