We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to manage Google Business Profiles (GBP), social media accounts, online reputation, and local marketing campaigns for multiple business locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and content publishing while ensuring brand consistency and improving local online visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Business Profile (GBP) Management

- Manage multiple Google Business Profiles for clients.
- Create and optimize Google Business listings.
- Update business information, business hours, contact details, categories, and attributes.
- Publish Google Posts, Offers, Events, and Product updates.
- Upload high-quality images and videos regularly.
- Monitor listing health and resolve suspensions or verification issues.
- Track profile performance using Google Business Profile Insights.
- Improve local SEO rankings through profile optimization.
- Manage Questions & Answers (Q&A;) section.
- Coordinate with clients to maintain accurate business information.

Review & Reputation Management

- Monitor customer reviews daily.
- Respond professionally to positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate critical customer issues to internal teams.
- Improve overall review ratings and customer engagement.
- Generate monthly reputation performance reports.

- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
