? We are looking for a Growth Partner who can take ownership of our Digital Growth, Mobile App, Social Media & Online Sales.< /p>

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES< /p>

? **Mobile App Growth• Increas e App Downloads & Active Users• Improve

App Conversion & First Orders• Plan Ap p Install & Performance Campaigns• Push No tifications, WhatsApp & Retargeting Campaigns

? **Sales & Performance Marketing• Run & m anage Meta Ads and Google Ads• Generat e quality leads and online orders• Improve

ROAS, CAC & Conversion Rate• Create product-wise promotional campaigns• Develop strategies to increase repeat customers

? **Social Media Growth• Instagr am | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn• Create

& execute monthly content strategy• Reels,

Shorts & Farmer-focused content• Increas e followers, engagement & brand awareness• Convert social media audience into customers

? **Content & Creative• Canva /

Photoshop / CapCut / AI Tools• Product creatives & promotional campaigns• Video/R eel concepts & scripts• Work wi th the content/design team

? **Analytics & Growth• Google

Analytics / GA4• Meta Ad s Manager• App Ana lytics• Weekly

& Monthly Growth Reports• Track D ownloads → Users → Orders → Repeat Customers

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?< /p>

✅ 2–5 years of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing experience

✅ Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads

✅ Social Media Growth experience





✅ E-commerce / D2C experience will be a BIG advantage

✅ Good understanding of App Marketing

✅ Data-driven mindset

✅ Creative + Analytical thinking

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

✅ Canva/CapCut/AI tools knowledge

✅ Strong communication skills< /p>
