Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote Spark Point Abroad’s programs to prospective students and parents. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, tracking campaign performance through web analytics, and coordinating with the counseling and operations teams to align messaging with current offerings.

Executive will also monitor trends in education and study-abroad spaces, engage with online communities, and contribute to marketing strategies that improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Robust Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Effective Communication and Web Content Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and informative content for students and stakeholders.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Familiarity with basic design and content tools (such as Canva, email marketing platforms, or CMS tools) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in international education, career guidance, or the German education and training ecosystem is an advantage.
