The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience and a strong grasp of various digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of Nail and Hammer.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SMM, PPC, SMO, ORM, and YouTube marketing.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive targeted traffic.

- Social Media Management (SMM)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to track performance.
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):
- Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Monitor ad spend, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Enhance social media profiles and content for increased visibility.
- Implement strategies to grow social media followers and engagement.

- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor online reviews, comments, and feedback.




- Implement strategies to maintain a positive online reputation.

- YouTube Marketing
- Plan, create, and optimize YouTube video content to promote Nail and Hammer’s interior design projects.
- Monitor video performance and engagement.

- Team Management
- Supervise and guide interns or junior team members in digital marketing tasks.
- Ensure effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in SEO, SMM, PPC, SMO, ORM, and YouTube marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Salary And Benefits

- Market-competitive salary between INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
