Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Haldwani. This position involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and reporting insights to improve results.

Executive will collaborate with designers, developers,



and client-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive digital strategies. The role also includes staying up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices to recommend new initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and client collaboration.

Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific optimization.

Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including creating SEO-friendly website copy, blogs, and digital assets.

Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking key metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, and interpreting data to improve performance.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.

Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is expected.
