Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day digital marketing activities to support client campaigns and the agency’s online presence.

Responsibilities include planning and executing social media marketing, coordinating digital advertising, creating and optimizing web content, and monitoring web analytics to improve performance. The role involves collaborating with creative and production teams to align campaigns with client objectives, preparing performance reports, and staying updated on digital trends and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the team and clients.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic understanding of digital advertising channels.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, present ideas clearly, and manage client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-aware copy for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, familiarity with advertising and social media management tools, and an understanding of video and influencer marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
