Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the digital presence of the company and its products across social media platforms.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form content, including reels, product highlights, and company updates.

- Coordinate with the motion designer to create marketing creatives and promotional videos.

- Capture photos and videos during product launches, client interactions, events, exhibitions, and internal activities.

- Support digital marketing campaigns for IT services and product offerings.

- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, conferences, product launches, and marketing events.

- Create basic marketing creatives, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.

- Collaborate with product, business development,



and customer success teams to showcase customer stories, product updates, and business milestones.

- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
