Job Summary

Thukral Di Hatti is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our business online. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, e-commerce, and online sales. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving website sales, and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Create and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Increase online sales through effective digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize our WooCommerce website.
- Improve SEO rankings and website performance.
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Handle WhatsApp Business marketing and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.




- Identify new growth opportunities to increase revenue.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
