Role Description The Digital Insurance Advisor role in Bhilwara is an in office position focused on helping customers choose suitable insurance products through digital tools and structured consultations. The advisor will explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions, assist customers with comparing options on Turtlemint’s platforms, and guide them through proposal forms and documentation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and referred leads, following up with prospects, coordinating with insurer partners for quotes and underwriting updates, and supporting customers during claims and post-sales service.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the system, meeting assigned sales and service targets ethically, and educating customers about digital processes and financial protection.
Qualifications
- Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, including clear spoken and written English/Hindi and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Candidates should possess sales and relationship-building abilities, such as lead handling, consultative selling, negotiation, and maintaining long-term customer trust.
- Candidates should have basic insurance domain knowledge, including understanding of health, life, motor, and general insurance products or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools, including mobile apps, web portals, CRMs, and common office software for data entry and reporting.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions while meeting daily and monthly targets.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, business, finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or front-line customer advisory roles is an advantage but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
