Content Producer & Videographer

We’re looking for a YouTube Content Producer & Videographer who can take ownership of the entire content creation process — from finding great video ideas and researching topics to planning and shooting high-quality YouTube videos.

This is not just a videographer role. We want someone who understands what makes people click, watch, and share content and can actively contribute ideas to grow the channel.

What You'll Do

- Research compelling, relevant, and trending topics for YouTube
- Generate strong video ideas based on our niche, audience, competitors, and current trends
- Research each topic thoroughly and turn that research into clear talking points, outlines, or scripts
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling angles, and video structures
- Plan shoots and use DSLR's to shoot interviews.
- Shoot YouTube videos and short-form content
- Direct and guide the person on camera to get the best performance
- Capture high-quality video and audio, through shooting, AI and screencaptures.
- Identify moments during shoots that can become YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels,



and other short-form content
- Work with an editor and get the best output possible.
- Review analytics and identify what types of content are performing
- Continuously bring new ideas and experiment with formats that can grow the channel

What We're Looking For You should be someone who:
- Understands YouTube and genuinely consumes a lot of online content
- Has strong research skills and curiosity
- Can independently come up with interesting content ideas
- Understands hooks, retention, storytelling, and what makes a good YouTube video
- Has experience shooting professional-looking video
- Understands cameras, lighting, framing, and audio
- Can turn a rough idea into a well-structured piece of content
- Keeps up with YouTube, Instagram, and broader internet trends
- Is proactive — we don't want someone who waits to be told exactly what to shoot
- Is comfortable experimenting and improving based on performance
