About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Beauty Digital Marketing Associate to help build and grow our beauty brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors for engaging creatives.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and insights.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand partnerships and product promotions.
- Stay updated with beauty, skincare, and digital marketing trends.
- Assist in launching new products through online campaigns and promotional activities.




- Work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS, and website traffic.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and emerging consumer trends.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Fashion, or D2C brands.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
