We are having an excellent job opportunity for Digital Workplace Community & Training Manager for Ghansoli Navi Mumbai location.
Role & responsibilities-
Community Management & Employee Engagement
- Create and publish engaging content such as articles, newsletters, videos, user stories, tips, and best practices related to digital workplace tools.
- Manage and animate Digital Workplace communities, champion networks, and collaboration forums.
- Foster engagement and encourage knowledge sharing across various business functions and geographical regions.
- Promote digital adoption campaigns through intranet, social collaboration platforms, and internal communication channels.
Training & Change Management
- Organise and deliver training sessions, workshops, webinars, and awareness campaigns on Microsoft 365 tools and digital workplace practices.
- Support onboarding programmes by introducing new employees to workplace technologies and digital collaboration standards.
- Design user-friendly learning materials, guides, quick-reference documents, and training resources.
- Assist change management initiatives associated with new digital solutions and workplace innovations.
Digital Workplace & AI Enablement
- Advocate the effective use of Digital Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, DocuSign, electronic document workflows,
collaboration platforms, and other commonly used enterprise productivity tools.
- Support initiatives that promote the understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI-powered workplace tools.
- Gather feedback from users and work with technical teams to improve employee experience and adoption.
- Act as a point of contact for user guidance, best practices, and adoption support across the Digital Workplace ecosystem.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption metrics, engagement indicators, and training effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve user adoption and digital maturity.
- Identify opportunities to increase digital collaboration and productivity across the organisation.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Community Management, Internal Communications, Digital Adoption, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
