Role Description The Dialysis Technician role at RAHI Care Official is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Dialysis

Technician will prepare and operate hemodialysis machines, set up equipment and supplies, and ensure proper functioning and safety before and during treatment sessions. This role includes monitoring patients’ vital signs, documenting treatment details, and observing patients for any adverse reactions or changes in condition.



The technician will support patient care by assisting with pre- and post-dialysis procedures, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the dialysis unit. Collaboration with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members is essential to deliver consistent, high-quality renal care and support patient education about treatment and self-care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and monitoring of Vital Signs, with the ability to recognize and report clinical changes promptly.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to renal care and dialysis treatment protocols.
- Relevant certification or diploma as a Dialysis Technician or in renal technology from a recognized institution.
- Experience working in a dialysis center, hospital, or similar clinical environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and accurate documentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts as required and maintain professional conduct in high-stress clinical situations.
