Reportee – 3 Experience – 13-15 Years

Key responsibilities:

Advance Tax and Tax Provision workings, Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Return, Income Tax Assessments & Appeals:

- Compilation and calculations for Advance Tax, Deferred Tax & Tax Provision working
- sTaxation of Subsidies/Incentives from State/Central Governmen
- tPreparing Computation of Income and Income tax return
- sPreparation and coordination with tax auditors for Form 3CD and its annexures
- ;Compiling information for income tax scrutiny assessments/ CIT appeals, prepare/review submission and appearing before the income tax authorities and briefing Senior Counsels
- .Filing appeals before Commissioner of Income Tax and ITAT
- .Tracking the litigations at High Court, ITAT and CIT(A)
- .Responding to notices u/s 148A/14
- 8Preparing replies for Revision Assessment
- .Advising about TDS applicability




- .Ensuring TDS compliance within the due dates
- .Maintaining reconciliation of tax records vis, a vis accounting records, reconciling 26AS
- .Prepare tax calculations for order giving effect to CIT(A), ITAT etc
- .Ensuring correct tax deductions from employee’s salar
- yRegulations for Search, Survey etc
- .Other compliances like filing Statement of Financial Transactions, Catering to various Sec. 133(6

.Transfer Pricing Audit

- Analyzing intercompany transactions and ensuring that the transactions are at Arm s Lengt
- hFiling Form 3CEB and assisting in finalization of T.P. Audit Study Repor
- tAppearing for transfer pricing assessments before authorities and preparing submissions for transfer pricing assessment
