NLead Plant Finance and Finance Controllership functions. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Financial Planning, and FP&A.;

NResponsibilities

- Manage product costing,standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

- Oversee plant accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.
N
- Ensure GST compliance, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
N
- Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and internal controls.
N
- Partner with Plant Headand Operations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
N
- Drive SAP-based financial processes, reporting, and process improvements.
N

nQualifications

nCA Qualified with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing company.

NRequired Skills

- Solid expertise in Finance, GST, SAP FI/CO, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
N
- Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
N
- Proficiency in MS Exceland financial reporting tools.
