DFMA Assistant (At Taloja Factory)

Role Purpose

Manage and monitor (24X7) the fabrication progress at the DFMA Factory site in continuous liaison with Site MEP Execution Team and DFMA Factory Assembly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare dispatch plans aligned with fabrication progress.
- Monitor fabrication and MEP services receipt and installation work.
- Align fabrication completion with site requirements.
- Coordinate the QC clearance of the Modules before dispatch.
- Liaise with QC personnel at the Factory for QC of the MEP services as and when received.
- Ensure dispatching of DFMA Modules as per site area clearance.
- Coordinate the transportation schedule with the Site Execution Team and Site Store personnel.
- Maintain and share daily record of Module Assembly, Module Dispatch, MEP Service receipt and relevant documents in coordination with the DFMA Factory Incharge.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience

- 58 years of experience in fabrication yards or modular manufacturing.
- Experience in factory-to-site logistics preferred.
- Exposure to night-shift or phased delivery operations.
- Knowledge of packing, transport constraints, and dispatch documentation, MS office.
