DFMA Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible for the Just in time delivery of Modular MEP Services packaged in Modules as per the latest DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) methodology, required for simultaneous construction of multiple Hyperscale Datacentres. A dynamic role that involves exceptional coordination with multiple stakeholders throughout the design stage to product delivery process. Role also involves meticulous Planning, efficient daily progress Monitoring and Coordination with internal and external stakeholders covering but not limited to DFMA partner/ agency, Design agency, Developer (Client), Subcontractors for MEP Services, DFMA Factory Teams, QC Agency, Site MEP Execution teams, CSA team, Site Safety Team for efficient design, manufacturing, delivery and installation of the DFMA Modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor simultaneous material deliveries (Modules for MEP Services) from the factory to site for multiple Data Centre Buildings.

- Coordinate with the DFMA Agency and the Subcontractors for the timely readiness of the Shop drawings.





- Coordinate with the Subcontractors/ MEP Execution Teams for timely QC and delivery of the MEP Services from Subcontractor premise to the DFMA Factory.

- Effectively monitor the production of the Modules at a desired rate by the DFMA Agency inline with the agreed schedule.

- Coordinate with the site execution team for site area clearance, floor area clearance at respective DC Building level and slot the Module delivery in coordination with the DFMA Agency.

- Coordinate with the Site representatives and the DFMA Agency for the secure and effective unloading of the Modules and Installation at the respective floor level of the DC Building.

- Coordinate MIRs, inspections.

- Monitor the performance of the Factory manpower.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).

Experience

- 7-8 years of experience in site logistics or execution.

- Experience in GC firm, controlled logistics, data centre projects preferred.
