Xuman.AI is hiring a DevOps Engineer. Remote. Immediate joiners only.

Xuman.AI is an operating system that turns content into instant booking, designed for human-led services.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system. Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

What you'll own:

- Deploys and environments: boring releases, instant rollback
- The cloud estate and what it costs us every month
- Observability: we find out before a user tells us
- Security hygiene: secrets, access, and the payment path treated as the crown jewel

Must have:





- You have run production infrastructure for a live product, on call for it
- Docker and container orchestration in production
- CI/CD you built yourself: GitHub Actions or equivalent, gated and reversible
- Cloud depth on Azure, AWS, or GCP; we run on Azure, so you would ramp there
- 2 to 5 years of experience across startups and corporate, internships count
- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.

Strong plus:

- Azure Container Apps, Service Bus and managed PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Bicep or equivalent
- Monitoring and incident practice: alerts that mean something, postmortems that change things
- Cost engineering: you have cut a cloud bill without breaking anything
- Secrets management, key rotation and access reviews
- A multi-service estate: ours is 16 services
