Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise Kubernetes platforms across AWS and hybrid environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available delivery of mission-critical applications in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage Rancher-managed Kubernetes (RKE2 / EKS) clusters
- Design and implement High Availability (HA) architectures
- Manage Kubernetes Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance
- Handle monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Support audit readiness and disaster recovery testing
