The IT development team of the Firm IT is responsible for developing and maintaining bespoke platforms and applications for our business users. Our team operates with a product-centric approach, ensuring solutions are user-focused and long-term ready. Our development process is agile, using latest / advanced technologies to ensure speed, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities





- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 (Marketing, Sales, Project Operations) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

- Lead the development of customizations, plugins, workflow, and integrations for D365 applications with Power Platform solutions

- Evaluate, solve, and build integrations between D365 applications and third-party systems

- Connect D365 and Power Platform solutions with internal enterprise systems

- Lead troubleshooting efforts for issues within Dynamics and integrations with other systems, coordinating effort between users, internal teams, and Microsoft support

- Manage and coordinate implementation and adoption of upgrades and new functionality as it is added to the Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations platform

- Understand and incorporate Dynamics and other licencing models to optimize licensing assignment within D365 applications

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and growth

- Lead the team in establishing development, integration, and data management standards

- Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code readability, modularization, reusability, and error handling

- Develop standards for system development, integrations, and data management using APIs, middleware, and connectors for consistency and scalability

- Collaborate and skillfully communicate with stakeholders of varying technical expertise, Business Analysts,



and the Product team to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions

- Identify, plan, and implement solutions to resolve technical debt on an ongoing basis

Requirements

Qualification

- Familiarity with Power Platform administration, governance, and security such as permissions, user authentication (OAuth2), and compliance in Power Automate

- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and their integration with D365

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)

- Knowledge of D365 Web API and OData services

- Experience leveraging PowerShell and JavaScript

- Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing the solutions

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, mentor team members and collaborate across Development teams to achieve organization goals

- Experience with the following would be considered an asset:

- - Experience with Microsoft Copilot, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor Or Master in Technology/Engineering

- Bachelor Or Master of Computer Applications

Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210)

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

Experience:

- At least 6 years of experience with D365, including implementation and customization (Marketing, Sales, or Project Operations) is preferred

- At least 5 years of experience in developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate

- At least 5 years of experience with REST API, SOAP, and JSON for custom integrations and triggers
