Development Manager (.NET with Revenue Cycle Management - RCM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Development Manager with 18–20 years of progressive IT experience, including extensive expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, define technology strategy, and deliver enterprise-grade healthcare applications that support end-to-end RCM processes.

This role requires a strategic technology leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional people management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving application architecture, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in successfully delivering complex software development initiatives within the healthcare domain while aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead, mentor, and manage multiple .NET development teams.

•

Drive the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise RCM applications.

•

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.

•

Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

•

Define development standards, coding guidelines,



and engineering best practices.

•

Ensure application scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability.

•

Ensure all applications comply with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

•

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

•

Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automate application deployments.

•

Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.

•

Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.

•

Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

•

Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.

•

Mentor engineering teams, foster technical excellence, and support career development and succession planning.

•

Stay current with emerging technologies, .NET best practices, and healthcare industry regulations to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

•

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•

18–20 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

•

Minimum 8+ years of experience managing development teams.

•

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale RCM applications.

•

Strong expertise in software architecture and application modernization.

•

Experience leading Agile development teams.

•

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
