Role Description This full-time Developer role is an on-site position based in Gujarat, India. The Developer will design, build, and maintain software applications that support debt collection workflows, data processing, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and integrating new tools or APIs into existing platforms. The role involves collaborating with operations, compliance, and management teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support system upgrades and enhancements.



The Developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in core programming languages (for example, Java, C#, Python, or similar) and experience with object-oriented development.
- Proficiency in web technologies and frameworks such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end or back-end framework.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic data modeling and query optimization.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and documentation.
- Understanding of system integration, RESTful APIs, and secure data handling, ideally in a regulated or compliance-focused workplace.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve technical problems, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in financial services, collections, or similar domains is an advantage, along with an interest in building technology that supports consumer-focused operations.
