Department: Development Location: Hyderabad Description As a Development Project Manager at Infor, you will oversee the execution of complex product development initiatives within a global, agile workplace. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, UX teams, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your ability to balance technical insight, business priorities, and team dynamics will be essential in driving success A Typical Day In The Life Includes Lead the end-to-end execution of development projects, from planning and estimation to delivery and retrospectives.

Collaborate with product management to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Build and maintain detailed project schedules, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and support scrum teams across geographies.

Track project progress using metrics and KPIs; deliver regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and team performance.

Serve as the central point of contact between development, QA, DevOps, and support functions Basic Qualifications Experience in software development project management.

Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Experience of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Experience managing multiple priorities across distributed teams.





Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification

Experience working in the enterprise software or ERP space

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
