Role Description The Destination Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cooch Behar. This role manages day-to-day coordination of tour itineraries, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities aligned with guest preferences.

Executive communicates with travelers and partners to confirm schedules, handle queries, and resolve service issues promptly. The role includes preparing destination information, maintaining accurate records of bookings, and supporting the development of customized packages.

Qualifications

- Solid destination management and tour coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and itineraries accurately.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with travelers, vendors, and colleagues in person, via phone, and online.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to manage schedules, handle last-minute changes, and maintain service quality.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with office applications and booking or reservation systems.
- Knowledge of regional travel destinations, particularly mountain and nature-based tourism, and an interest in hospitality and travel.
- Ability to work on-site in Cooch Behar, including occasional extended hours during peak travel seasons.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
