- Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware (laptops, printers) and software (OS, applications) issues, both on-site and remotely.

- System Installation &

- Maintenance:

Configuring, updating, and maintaining user workstations, including imaging new machines and upgrading hardware.

- Active Directory &

- Network Management:

Handling user accounts (password resets, permissions) via Active Directory and ensuring stable network/VPN connectivity.

- Ticketing &

- Documentation:

Recording, tracking, and closing IT support tickets, and documenting solutions for future reference.

- User Training &

- Security:

Educating employees on IT policies and security best practices, and ensuring anti-virus/security software is functional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
