Desktop Support Engineer Trainer – Position: Desktop Support Engineer Trainer Experience: 4–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Responsibilities: Deliver technical training on desktop and IT support concepts. Train candidates on Windows OS, hardware and software troubleshooting. Provide hands-on training for desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues. Train on Active Directory, user account management and access-related issues. Explain basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN. Provide training on ticketing tools, incident management and service desk processes. Conduct practical sessions, assessments and mock troubleshooting scenarios. Create training materials, documentation and knowledge-base content. Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.



Stay updated with current IT support tools and industry practices. Required Skills: 4–5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Service Desk. Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and basic networking. Experience handling IT support tickets and SLA-based environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous training/mentoring experience will be an advantage. Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E./B.Tech or equivalent IT qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
