Roles and Responsibilities :

- - Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.

- Assist users with basic networking issues and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Support and troubleshoot basic iOS device-related issues.

- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required.

- Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of iOS devices and troubleshooting.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems (added advantage).

Eligibility:

- Freshers with a Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

- Must be versatile to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
