Job SummaryWe are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The role involves basic diagnosis, troubleshooting, and replacement of hardware components to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

- Perform basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

- Handle desktop/laptop replacement, upgrades, and part replacements (HDD, RAM, battery, etc.).

- Support OS installation, configuration, and patch updates.

- Resolve issues related to printers, network connectivity, and common applications.

- Maintain asset records and update ticketing system.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware diagnosis and replacement.

- Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation & troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi configuration).

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work in a team and follow standard IT processes.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
