Role Description The Desktop Publishing Specialist at Padhle will be responsible for designing and formatting educational materials—including presentation decks, digital study guides, and print-ready documents—to ensure a explicit, visual, and engaging learning experience.

Day-to-day tasks include designing high-impact presentation slides, creating layouts in Canva, integrating graphics, refining typography, and maintaining visual consistency across all learning resources. You will collaborate closely with content creators and subject matter experts to translate complex educational concepts into polished, learner-friendly formats that align with Padhle’s brand standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular coordination with the local team and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, format, and structure high-quality educational content, slide decks, test papers,



and study notes using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform raw educational content into visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats.
- Create promotional and informational materials, including brochures, banners, and announcement assets.
- Maintain visual consistency, brand identity, visual hierarchy, and clean typography across all digital and print materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict publishing deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Tool Expertise: Advanced/expert-level skills in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) for presentation design, document formatting, and layout creation.
- Industry Experience: Mandatory prior experience working within an Ed-Tech organization .
- Subject Familiarity: Familiarity with or understanding of NEET exam content/curriculum (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) is a strong plus .
- Design & Branding: Solid understanding of corporate identity, layout principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Execution & Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Location & Mode: Full-time, in office in Indore .
- Education: Degree or formal training in design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
