Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer with 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring seamless IT operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Active Directory.
- Configure and support Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Handle software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic TCP/IP.
- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.




- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ticketing tools.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL Foundation will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel across client locations, if required.
