NRole Overview

nTheDesign Visualization Lead is a technical leader within the Visualization team, responsible for delivering complex visualization solutions that support pursuits and the conceptual design process.

NThe role combines advanced visualization expertise with design knowledge to create compelling visual narratives, sophisticated designs and interactive media experiences. The Lead provides technical guidance to junior team members, establishes production standards, drives quality assurance and serves as a trusted partner to the US based visualization team.

NKey Responsibilities

nAdvanced Design Visualization

N- Lead development of complex visualization deliverables for high profile pursuits and strategic projects.

N- Develop visual storytelling approaches that clearly communicate project strategy and differentiators.

N3D Modeling, Rendering and Animation

N- Develop and manage advanced Revit and SketchUp models used for visualization and planning efforts.

N- Create high quality renderings, animations, fly throughs and presentation media using Twinmotion and other approved visualization tools.

N- Optimise visualization workflows, assets and production methods to improve efficiency and quality.

N- Establish best practices for model organisation, rendering, animation and content development.

N4D Simulation and Planning

N- Collaborate with US based visualization staff to communicate logistics strategies, site constraints and execution approaches.

N- Apply construction knowledge to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of visual planning deliverables.

NPursuit Support and Visual Storytelling

N- Support major pursuits through development of visual narratives, logistics plans, animations and presentation content.

N- Partner with US based visualization professionals to develop innovative visual solutions that support winning strategies.

N- Contribute to interactive media, digital pursuit experiences and presentation materials.





N- Execute high priority deliverables under aggressive pursuit schedules while maintaining exceptional quality.

NQuality Assurance and Standards

N- Establish and maintain visualization standards, templates, workflows and production guidelines.

N- Conduct quality reviewsof models, animations, renderings and presentation materials.

N- Ensure consistency across deliverables, branding, graphic standards and storytelling approaches.

N- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and production scalability.

NMentorship and CapabilityDevelopment

N- Mentor and support Construction Visualization Specialists through coaching, training and technical guidance.

N- Review work products and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and consistency.

N- Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.

N- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the visualization team.

NInnovation and TechnologyAdvancement

N- Evaluate emerging visualization technologies, AI assisted workflows and production tools.

N- Support implementation of new software, automation opportunities and process improvements.

N- Contribute to the development of scalable visualization workflows that support team growth.

N- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and impact of visualization deliverables.

NRequired Qualifications

NEducation

n- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Design, Visualization or a related discipline.

NExperience

n- 8 to10 years of experience in construction visualization, architecture, BIM, VDC, digital delivery, design technology or related fields.





N- Demonstrated experiencedelivering complex visualization projects and supporting high profile pursuits.

N- Experience mentoring team members or providing technical leadership.

NTechnical Skills

n- Expert level proficiency in the Autodesk AEC Suite, AutoCAD and Revit.

N- Expert level proficiency in Twinmotion, Unreal Engine and Enscape.

N- Advanced proficiency inSketchUp, 3ds Max and Blender.

N- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

N- Experience developing advanced site logistics plans, renderings, animations and 4D simulations.

N- Understanding of mesh based assets in Blender and 3ds Max.
