Job Responsibility includes working on Interiors of Commercial & High-End Luxury Residential Projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES: -
1. Concept & Product Design
- Conceptualize iconic, contemporary, and bespoke furniture collections aligned with the Della Luxury brand ethos and international design trends.
- Translate interior mood boards, architectural briefs, and client requirements into initial sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed concept presentations.
- Integrate functional ergonomics, aesthetic proportions, and material innovations (solid woods, rare veneers, metals, stone, leather, acrylics) into product designs.
1. Technical Detailing & Production Drawings
- Develop accurate 2D/3D manufacturing, CAD, and shop drawings for production teams.
- Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM), hardware cutouts, and hardware specifications.

1. Prototyping & Factory Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end prototyping and mock-up creation process alongside factory carpenters, artisans, and upholstery teams.
- Evaluate initial production samples, spot structural or aesthetic defects,
and refine drawings prior to full-scale production runs.
- Conduct frequent visits to factory floors/facilities (Lonavala/Daman) to resolve manufacturing issues and inspect quality.
1. Sector-Specific Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Hospitality & Commercial: Ensure designs meet high foot-traffic durability, safety regulations (e.g., fire-retardant materials), and rapid site installation needs.
- Luxury Residential: Maintain precision in fine woodworking, rare veneer matching, and custom hardware integrations for bespoke client projects.
- Work closely with Purchase, Production, Quality Control (QC), and Project Management teams to ensure design feasibility, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
