We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Engineer with experience in designing conveyor systems and aluminium profile workstations. The candidate should be capable of creating accurate manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs while coordinating with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop belt conveyors, roller conveyors, slat chain conveyors, and customized conveyor systems.
- Design aluminium profile workstations, assembly tables, machine frames, and automation structures.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and project teams.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost.
- Support installation and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.

Required Skills




- 2–3 years of experience in conveyor and aluminium profile design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of aluminium extrusion profiles and accessories.
- Understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, machining, and assembly processes.
- Ability to prepare detailed engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
