Design and develop high-pressure die casting components, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications.

Hands on Experience with design software NX creating and modifying 3D casting designs & manufacturing Drawings

Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements and provide design solutions.

Analyze and optimize casting processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.

Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, process instructions, and technical reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, processes, and product quality.

Work closely with production teams to implement designs and ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in high-pressure casting.
