Educational Requirement

BE Mech with 4-8 years of experience

M.E/M.Tech Mechanical with 2-4 years of experience

- To do and support design, prototyping and commercialization of different types of centrifugal pump series, specially canned motor pumps
- Deliver product designs which complies various standards like API610, API685, ASME Sec. VIII
- To do modelling and manufacturing drawings in UG NX
- Preparation of various pump bill of materials in SAP
- Preparation of Quality Control/Assurance plans
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for developments
- Overall support to product development regarding costing, standardization etc.

Technical Requirements

- Exposure to design and development of Centrifugal pumps /canned motor pumps
- Understanding of technical/component drawings
- Understanding of various standards like API 610, API685, ASME, HI Standard
- 3D modelling using UG NX
- SAP proficiency
- Knowledge of material selection and manufacturing
