- Designing for forging which includes preparation of 3D model for Dies, and Layouts in 3D design software In UG NX as well as in Auto-cad.
- Calculate Flash Thickness, Land Width, Flash Weight Calculation & Weight Calculations With The Help Of Auto Cad.
- Preparing Bill of materials for Drawing.
- Involvement in production planning to increase production.
