We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Design Architect to lead and coordinate architectural design activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, construction detailing, consultant coordination, and site execution.

The candidate will work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure that projects are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, presentations, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submissions, and design details.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design discrepancies and provide practical and technically feasible solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development control regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for approvals wherever required.
- Review and incorporate client requirements, design changes, and revisions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, specifications, and other design documentation.
- Monitor design deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Participate in design coordination and project meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Ensure architectural quality,



functionality, aesthetics, and constructability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office or relevant architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
- Understanding of BOQ, specifications, materials, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of building regulations and approval processes.
- Robust coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Candidates should have relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Real estate development projects
- Residential towers and high-rise buildings
- Commercial buildings
- Large-scale construction projects
- Architectural design and site coordination
- Consultant and contractor coordination

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of architectural design deliverables, coordinate effectively with different stakeholders, and ensure that the approved design is translated accurately into execution at site.
