Dipanshu Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. delivers building construction projects on an EPC basis, working predominantly with government and public-sector clients across Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR. Our work is buildings — institutional, residential and public building projects; we do not undertake roads, highways, bridges, power or industrial plant work. We build small teams of competent engineers and give them real ownership of their work. The role.

You will support the Project Manager on a building project of approximately ₹300 crore and take independent charge of assigned areas of it. The job is to catch and clear problems on the ground before they cost time, and to keep your portion of the work moving on schedule and to specification. What you will do

Execute assigned blocks and activities as per approved drawings and specifications

Set out, check and supervise work on ground, and identify deviations before they become rework

Coordinate labour, sub-contractors, material and machinery to hold the schedule





Raise and resolve site issues — drawing discrepancies, material shortfalls, execution bottlenecks

Take measurements, check quantities and provide inputs for billing

Support client and consultant coordination — joint measurements, inspections and timely replies What you must have

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years in building construction site execution

Ability to read structural and architectural drawings and set out work from them independently

Experience on building projects executed in EPC mode

Willingness to be stationed full-time at site in any of our project states Preferred.

Government, PSU or department building projects (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, state departments) • RCC-framed multi-storey buildings • finishing and MEP coordination exposure. Who this role is not for.
