RRR Housing is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Deputy Manager – Real Estate Sales to support the Sales Manager and lead the sales team in achieving business targets.

The candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, monitoring leads, coordinating site visits, improving conversions, handling customers, and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the Real Estate Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, site visits, and booking conversions.
- Allocate and distribute leads among sales executives.

Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on sales targets and performance.

Additional sales incentives/commission may be provided as per company policy.
