Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Analyzing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.

- People management.

- Responsible for material to dispatch to other sectors.

- Responsible to handle independent manpower in all shifts.

- Responsible to deliver defects free parts to next customer.

- Resolve all types of quality concerns related to press shop.

- To keep all safety measures in force on shop floor.

- Responsible for press parts inter unit transfer.

- Break down reported on shop and its resolution with maintenance team.

- Train workmen for J.H. /TPM.

- Keep shop floor with 1s ,2s and 3s.Responsible for Pokayoke ,EN,pcrn,ppap implementation.

- Manpower planning on press shop.

- Fixed and variable cost control.

- Bench marking and study other plants.

- Avoid recurrence by prompt actions.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical

2 to 4 years
