Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.

- Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

- Ensure optimum inventory levels and material availability.

- Coordinate demand planning and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

- Manage logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.

- Monitor supplier performance and drive vendor development initiatives.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.

- Prepare MIS reports, supply chain dashboards, and performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- 10-13years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management

- Experience in manufacturing/Packaging / FMCG / e-commerce preferred
