Apply(This will open in a recent window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds) Description We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Industrial Controller to support manufacturing and industrial finance activities. The role will be responsible for providing financial insights, monitoring industrial performance, analyzing costs, managing inventory and provisions, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring accurate reporting for management decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Purchase, Marketing, Service, and Finance teams to drive performance improvements and maintain strong financial control over industrial operations.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Industrial Performance & Cost Control Monitor and analyze Raw Material Cost, Operational Cost, Production Cost and Product Cost movements.

Prepare the projected product cost for Product’s List Price workings.

Prepare the manufacturing hourly rate for all Plants.

Perform variance analysis for Production expenses, Material consumption, and Operational costs.

Prepare monthly performance bridges including Budget vs Actual, Prior Year vs Current Year, and Month-on-Month analysis.

Support business by validating the cost optimization initiatives and performance improvement actions.

Prepare and Present monthly Industrial performance KPIs to Operation head

Preparation and completion of Cost Audit Inventory & Working Capital Management Monitor inventory levels,



inventory days, stock movements, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

Perform inventory reconciliations including FI stock, WIP, GIT, and group stock reviews.

Prepare inventory provision calculations and supporting analysis for management review.

Conduct inventory simulations and inventory performance reporting. Manufacturing & Operational Analysis Analyze production volumes, consumption trends, scrap, non-BOM costs, subcontracting, freight inward, power, and utility expenses.

Support Added Value and Productivity tracking across manufacturing units. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial planning exercises.

Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, plant performance packs, and management presentations.

Ensures Industrial Performance related details are prepared and updated in Group Reporting tool on monthly basis.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting platforms.

Business Partnering

Work closely with Plant Heads, Operations Managers, Purchase Teams, Marketing, and Service functions to support decision-making.

Provide actionable insights on profitability, cost reduction opportunities, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

Respond to stakeholder queries and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications Qualification & Experience CMA /CA or equivalent professional qualification.

4-8 years of experience in Industrial Finance, Costing, Manufacturing Controlling, Plant Finance, or Business Finance.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical, electronics, industrial products, or similar sectors will be preferred.
