Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and standards at the project site.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, local regulations, and company safety guidelines.

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

- Lead safety induction programs, toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and training sessions for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor work permits, high-risk activities, and safety compliance during construction activities.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and implement preventive and corrective measures.

- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on EHS-related matters.

- Ensure proper implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans, including mock drills and evacuation procedures.

- Monitor environmental compliance related to waste management, pollution control, water management, and sustainability initiatives.

- Maintain EHS documentation, records,



statutory registers, and compliance reports.

- Drive a robust safety culture and promote continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

- Track and report key EHS performance indicators to project and management teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science from a recognized institution.

- Full-time Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, or equivalent qualification.

- 1012 years of relevant experience in EHS management within the Real Estate, Commercial Building, High-Rise, Mixed-Use, or Large Construction Projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, legal compliance requirements, and environmental regulations.

- Experience in managing contractor safety and implementing EHS management systems.

- Excellent communication, leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in preparing EHS reports, audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
